Membership is annual from the date we receive payment of your dues. Please visit our website for more information about your USEE membership.
You will be directed to a secure payment form to complete your membership transaction. If you prefer to send us a check, please complete the membership information form and enter 'YES' in the field labeled "CHECK PAYMENT?" If you choose to add a contribution, you will need to pay online for the donated portion. Alternatively, you can add to your check payment - simply leave the donation fields blank on this form.

You will be given a code in case you need to return to this form to update your membership information at a later date. Please keep this code in a safe place where you can access it in the future.
We also offer Sponsorship opportunities for special events, such as our annual conference. If your organization or business would like to learn more about sponsoring a USEE event, please contact director@usee.org.
